CPP · Set up your provider

Choose the official download for your device.

1. On Android, choose the Mobile APK for phones and tablets or the Android TV APK for a TV device. For iPhone, iPad or Apple TV, use the App Store link on Downloads.
2. Open CPP, choose “Add a Profile” and give the profile a recognizable name. You can manage your profiles later in Settings.
3. Choose the connection type supplied by your provider. Xtream Codes uses its server URL, username and password. M3U uses a playlist URL and, if supplied, an XMLTV guide URL. Ministra/Stalker/MAG uses the portal URL and assigned MAC address.
4. Save and wait for the provider library to load. Open Live TV, Movies or Series and select an item. CPP includes no channels, media or subscriptions of its own.
5. On a TV, move with the remote/D-pad and confirm the highlighted item; use Back or Menu to return. On phones and tablets, use the touch controls.

CPP · Favorites, guide and playback

• Use Favorites and Recent to return to content. The TV guide depends on EPG data supplied by your provider or your configured XMLTV source.
• If a stream does not start, check the profile details, source availability, network and your provider’s simultaneous-connection limit. Try another item before changing more settings.
• Audio tracks, subtitles and playback options depend on the source, device and selected player.

Before asking for help

Note the app version, device, operating system, provider connection type and what failed. Never send provider passwords, full playlist URLs containing credentials, MAC addresses or backup passphrases.
