Corresponding Android native sources

All upstream/dependency/submodule sources are included without .git or build
outputs. The strict reconnect/EGL resize patches and LGPL configuration edits
are already applied.
Source origin revisions, build scripts, NDK version and exact native/configuration
hashes are in cpplayer-build and build-provenance. No compiler/Android SDK is
bundled. Install the documented host tools and pinned NDK, then:

  cd libmpv-android/buildscripts
  mkdir -p sdk
  ln -s "$ANDROID_HOME" sdk/android-sdk-linux
  ln -s "$ANDROID_HOME" sdk/android-sdk-mac
  export cores=2
  ./build.sh --arch arm64 mpv
  ./build.sh --arch x86_64 mpv

These commands rebuild the dynamic native libraries in libmpv/src/main/jniLibs.
They need no source download: all dependency sources and submodules are present,
and Meson wrap downloads are disabled. Git version descriptions may differ in
this metadata-free tree; component release versions are preserved. To rebuild
the MIT wrapper AAR from its supplied sources use the upstream Gradle build
(./build.sh -n after the native build); Gradle/Android build tools may fetch
their normal build-time dependencies. For relinking an existing CPPlayerKit
app, substitute these native libraries in the AAR and rebuild the app. Keep all
notices. The original pinned git/archive workflow is in cpplayer-build/build.py.
